Darkfield Microscope Model N-300 B

The laboratory microscope N-300 B DF was developed for the dark field microscopy for blood research according to the Enderlein method. It can also be used for dark field microscopy in other application fields, for example in water reseach and quality checking in brewery. The new developed dark field condenser enables much higher lighting performance and deliver so better viewing quality.

Binocular or trinocular tube with diopter adjustment, swivelling around 360 degrees, inclined at 30°. Interpupillary between 48 and 75 mm. Trinocular eyepiece model with connection type for camera adapter.
Nosepiece: Backward quintuple nosepiece
Objectives: Achromatic objectives: 4x0.1, 160/0,17; 10x/0,25 160/0,17; 40x/0,65 160/0,17 (with spring); 100x/1,25 160/0,17(oil, with spring). 100x plan infinity objectiv for dark field.

Eyepiece:

WP 10x /18 (the field of view 18mm)

Focusing:

Coaxial knobs for achiving coarse-focusing and fine-focusing can be used in two sides. Possibility for adjustment of tension and for blocking up of the adjustment. Coarse focusing range: 20 mm; Fine focusing range: 0,002 mm.

Condenser:

bright field condenser NA 1,25 and dark field condenser in the holder which can be centered.

Stage:

Double layers echanical stage of 140 x 140 mm. Working range: 75 mm x 55 mm. Coaxial knobs for motion in 4 directionsen.
Illumination: Equiped with glas fiber light guide. Deliverd with external cold light generator of 150 watt.
Format and weight: H 42 cm x W 20 cm x D 39 cm. About 7 kg.
Packing: In styrofoam and cardboards box.
