General Conditions 
1. General Items
All the delivery and service of the company Hengtech is based on this general condition. All offers are without obligation. Hengtech reserves all rights for the delivery, if it does not dispose of the wares. Hengtech has all property right of the delivered wares, before the total amount is payed. 

2. Fee of delivery
The buyer pays the charge of delivery. In case of return because of wrong delivery, claim and revocation Hengtech takes the charge for the transport. In case of warranty Hengtech takes also the transport cost. 

3. Obligation to co-operate
After delivery the buyer has to check the ware refering the transport damages and other damages which are visible and directly identifiable. The damages are within 5 days (incl. Sunday, Saturday and holidays) after delivery to notice to the company Hengtech. The transport damages are to reclaim to the transport services and to notice to the company Hengtech. If the buyer neclegt this, the company Hengtech is not bound to correct the damages free of charge.

4. Right of revocation
The buyer in EU-countries and Swissland can cancel the order without statement of the reasons within 14 days after receiving the ware. The fee for send back is taken by the buyer self. The condition for revocation is, that the ware should be packed in the original packing and unused. If any changes and use traces on the ware and worsening of the ware are realised, the company Hengtech can decline the revocation.

4. Warranty
The warranty is valid for 24 months after the delivery. The warranty does not refers to the attritions. The warranty is not valid, if any changes has been taken on the ware.

5. Exclusion of liability
Hengtech.de dose not take any liability for any results and absence of any results, which the buyer wants to achieve with the delivered ware.

6. Delivery abroad
The to non-EU-countries deliverd ware can not be taken back by Hengtech within 14 days after delivery, if any defects can not be stated.

The buyer has to pay in any case the country-specific import fees and tax.

7. Delivery
In case of not being able to deliver or late delivery Hengtech has no any resposibility for the following damages.


8. Data storage
According to the § 28 des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) we storage the data of the buyer only for necessary business handling. This data will not be passed on to the third party.

9. Others item
The contracts which the buyer has made with us can be only treated with the German Laws, also in case of the delivery abroad. The legal venue is Darmstadt in Germany.
